WHAT IS THE  METRO RATE?

  • A significant savings in tuition and fees making West Liberty even more affordable for out-of-state students from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.
  • Approximately $2,500 per year (Approximately $1,250 per semester) reduction in tuition and fees.
  • Full-time students – both incoming freshmen, returning upperclassmen and transfer students
