Charles Joseph “Joey” Kirchner Jr. passed away at home February 10, 2013. Joey was a 1985 graduate of West Liberty State College. Joey is survived by his mother, Elizabeth and son Matthew. Also surviving Joey are his two sisters Darlene and Linda, his two nieces April and Natalie, nephew Michael, and step-grandson Charles.
