**Effective February 3, 2016, a 2.25% Merchant Fee will be added to all debit/credit card transactions, whether paying online, over the phone, or in-person; using the E-Check (only available online through the EZ-Pay link) is free from this fee.**
Payments are processed directly through the WINS portal and posted immediately to the student’s account. In order to use the online process, if you are not the student, the student must provide to you their student ID number as well as their password in order to complete the payment process.
**The latest revision to the system allows easy access to make a payment. Upon log on, the billing/payment link is easily identified as it’s own tab on the main interface.**
Account payments can now be made securely on-line either by electronic check, credit card or debit card. The system will now allow you to make a payment on your account, even if the account is on hold. If your payment results in a $0 amount due, the hold/holds that the Business Office has placed on your account will lift automatically if the payment is made through the WINs system; holds will not release automatically through the EZ-Pay portal. The Business Office will release the account hold when processing the e-payments on a daily basis, 24 hours after said payment (except for the activity that occurred on the weekend, which will be processed on the following Monday.
**Pay Online Now (Please select the correct term when making a payment, as they are clearly labeled in the drop-down listing; selection of an incorrect term, could result in errors to your account.) If a term is labeled as “view only,” and that is the correct term, please use it; the “view only,” will not affect your payment.
