Counseling Services

Counseling helps students understand and clarify their views of their life- space, and to learn to reach their self-determined goals through meaningful, well-informed choices and through resolution or problems of and emotional or interpersonal nature. (Burks and Steffire, 1979)

Seeking and accepting help through counseling services is a positive and responsible step toward stabilizing your mood, being solution focused, and learning symptom reduction.

Office hours:                    8:00 am – 4:00 pm.                             Evening appointments may be scheduled.

Complete a Request to Schedule a Counseling Appointment form & place in locked box outside the Counseling office.
