The Payment Plan Option is a West Liberty University sponsored program which allows students and parents with the opportunity to budget their out-of-pocket educational costs over the academic semester. For a $30 application fee, parents may choose a monthly payment amount which will allow them to spread out their semester costs (less financial aid) from August through December or January through May with no additional interest charges. Please keep in mind that applications must be completed for the payment plan each semester. The first payment and completed promissory note must be received by the first payment date on the 15th of the month in which the plan starts (Fall Semester: August 15th, Spring Semester: January 15th). The application can be found on the Business Office website.
Please be sure to have your student’s invoice available to verify the amount due when completing the application.
