•Kaiser-Permanente Preparing to Quit Class (A one time, 3 hour class):

Wednesday, March 20^th from 12-3 in the Alumni Room

•Quitting to Win Cessation classes (1 hour per week, for4 weeks):

Wednesdays, April 3, 10, 17, 24 from 12-1 in the Alumni Room
