POSITION: Full-time/12 month exempt position (live in) includes a comprehensive benefit package

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a campus residential area, including but not limited to:

 Solving student conflicts
 Crisis response
 Manage all aspects of residential enrollment
 Staff and student development
 Student training
 Participation in the First year Orientation and Welcome Week

QUALIFICATION:
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
 Strong organization and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work collaboratively with other college departments
 Ability to work both as an effective team member and leader

EDUCATION:                                     Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:                                   At least two years of relevant, related experience

SALARY:                                              $28,821.00 per year
