Reports of students doing unsatisfactory work are due at the Registrar’s Office by the middle of each semester. Mid-semester reports are made only when the student is averaging a “D” or an “F” and are sent to the Registrar’s Office via the West Liberty Information Network System (WINS). Lists of students doing unsatisfactory work are sent by the Registrar to faculty advisors.
