Jim Clark is the administrator with overall responsibility for Information Technology Services. By maintaining chief relations with internal admin and academic heads, he is the main technology advisor for the campus community. He is tasked with the overall responsibility of information security. In addition to defining student computing trends at West Liberty University, he is also responsible for the executive/mobile infrastructure. He develops skill and training paths for all IT staff members. He also serves as backup to the student laptop program.

Cheryl Harshman is responsible for the day to day operations of the Elbin Library. She assists other members of the library staff in classic library functions, Databases (Lexis/Nexis), Search University, and the Information Commons.
Becky McCullough, Network Administrator

Becky McCullough is responsible for the day to day network monitoring and control. Becky is also responsible for the main design of the network including the Main Campus student residents and academic/admin network along with the Highlands campus. In addition to implementing a wireless mesh network, she provides support for student and faculty network setup, network security appliance management, Gmail administration, and backup support to the Help Desk.

Phil Kent is our Help Desk Administrator. He provides staff and faculty desktop support. Additionally, Phil manages the Avaya Phone switch and is responsible for classroom A/V and large meeting support.

Graydon Henry is the technician responsible for providing assistance to participants in the Student Laptop Program. His duties include administrative services, software and hardware support, and facilitating warranty repair services with manufacturers.

Sue is the primary telephone contact for IT Services. Her administrative duties include primary Banner data entry for new/transfer students, HEFIS data entry, procurement analysis for PCARDS, and IT order equipment check in and control.
Bob Oglinsky, Cable Plant Engineer

Bob Oglinsky is the contractor interface for campus projects. He handles moves, adds, and changes for voice clients. Additionally, he is the Digital TV coordinator. He also prepares telecom and data network documentation along with research and development for VOIP and other future directions.
