Jim Clark is the administrator with overall responsibility for Information Technology Services. By maintaining chief relations with internal admin and academic heads, he is the main technology advisor for the campus community. He is tasked with the overall responsibility of information security. In addition to defining student computing trends at West Liberty University, he is also responsible for the executive/mobile infrastructure. He develops skill and training paths for all IT staff members.
Becky McCullough, Network Administrator

Becky McCullough is responsible for the day to day network monitoring and control. Becky is also responsible for the main design of the network including the Main Campus student residents and academic/admin network along with the Highlands campus. In addition to implementing a wireless mesh network, she provides support for student and faculty network setup, network security appliance management, Gmail administration, and backup support to the Help Desk.

Phil Kent is our Help Desk Administrator. He provides staff and faculty desktop support. Additionally, Phil manages the Avaya Phone switch and is responsible for classroom A/V and large meeting support.
