Any West Liberty student taking 3 credit hours or more has the opportunity to benefit from a unique program that will enrich your educational experience by participating in the West Liberty University Student Laptop Program.
Providing such a valuable service to our students places West Liberty in an elite class; only one of roughly every 20 colleges in the U.S. offering a bachelor’s degree has such a program. Among all U.S. Institutions of higher learning, only about two-and-a-half percent provide laptop computers to their students.
Educational innovation is the driving force behind West Liberty’s Student Laptop Program. This program will empower students to be the navigators of their own knowledge-collaborating, researching, and communicating anytime, anywhere. The use of mobile computing, both inside and outside the classroom, prepares our students for living and learning in the 21st-Century.
