The West Liberty University Library Testing Center provides a convenient, supportive space for students to complete make-up tests. By scheduling in advance with the librarian, students can stay on track and succeed with confidence in a quiet, proctored environment designed for focus and success.
Interlibrary Loan

Borrow materials from partner libraries or check out Elbin’s collection of books, CDs, videos, and more. Loan periods vary by material type. There are 2 ways to borrow:
Request items directly from partner libraries through the EZBorrow website for quick and convenient access.
Fill out a request form and let the library staff help you borrow materials from our partner libraries.

Elbin Library provides a variety of services to support your research, learning, and academic success:
Reserve study spaces, conference rooms, or special-use rooms for group or individual needs.
Available spaces include:
- Alumni Wall of Honor Alcove
- Large Conference Room (L310) – capacity 36 (12 board seating)
- Class/Tech Room (L309) – capacity 36
- Group Study Rooms: L335c (12), L335a (14)
- Individual Study Rooms – first come, first served (max 2 people)
- Mobile TV cart available upon request

- Black & white: $0.05 per page
- Color: $0.10 per page
- Laminating: First 3 pouches free, then $0.10 each
- Scanning: Free (sent to your WLU email)
- Faxing: Free of charge

Henry Lash Historic Sheet Music Collection
- Sheet music collection spanning 1880–1930, featuring jazz, gospel, and opera

- Includes letters, typewriters, antique microscopes, and voice recordings
