To apply for housing for the spring 2026 or fall 2026 applicants, please follow the process below or watch our instructional video.
- Access Single Sign On using your WLU email (username is your email prefix and password is your 8-digit birthday). If you have login difficulties, you can submit a ticket to our IT helpdesk.
- Once you access Single Sign On, select the “Adirondack Student Housing Portal” to open your self-service portal.
- Click on Applications & Forms in the left sidebar, then select the “New Student Housing Application” for the fall semester.
- Review and electronically sign the housing contract. If you are under 18, you will need a parent/guardian to sign as well.
- Complete the application and click submit. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Select your meal plan. Undergraduate students living in residence halls must select one of the full meal plan options (12, 14 or Unlimited4U plan).
- Select housing preferences, listing up to seven housing options in order of preference. We recommend selecting more than one option in case your top pick is not available.
- If needed, you can return to your application, edit it, and resubmit at any time.
