Marcella joined the West Liberty University community in 2004 as the Director of Housing & Residence Life.  In her position with WLU, she is responsible for oversight of all areas of Housing & Student Life, Summer Orientation and Topperfest, Summer Conferences, Judicial Affairs and the Annual Security Report for Clery Act Compliance.

Jim, a 2008 graduate of WLU, re-joined the staff in the Office of Housing & Student Life in March, 2011.  He directly manages Curtis Hall, and supervises staff in Boyd Hall and Rogers Hall.  In his daily office responsibilities, Jim coordinates the First Year Experience program, including Summer Orientation & Registration events, Opening Weekend and Topperfest events.  Additionally, Jim supervises the various aspects of campus programming, the Wellness Center and student workers, including residence life staff programs and the campus activities coordinator.

Amanda first arrived at WLU in August 2013, after completing her graduate studies in Pennsylvania.  She directly manages Hughes Hall, and supervises the staff of Bonar Hall, University Place Apartments, the Commons Apartments and four student houses.  Amanda coordinates all areas of residential enrollment, including room assignments, room changes, consolidation, meal plan changes, occupancy reports, and enrollment reporting.  In addition, Amanda coordinates all aspects of the University’s Summer Conference program and directly manages the summer conference staff.

Chris joined the WLU Residence Life staff in April, 2012.  He directly manages Krise Hall, and supervises staff in Beta Hall as well.  In his office duties, Chris coordinates all aspects of staff development, including training and staff selection, and office staff management.  Additionally, Chris supervises the Housing Operations portion of the program, working with cleaning services, maintenance, and other areas of campus to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the residence halls.

Kate joined the WLU staff in January, 2014.  She directly manages the student life program, including campus activities, clubs and organizations and Greek Life.  Kate is an advisor to the Campus Activities Board, Greek Council and Panhellenic Council.  Additionally, she works with other campus organizations and departments, such as intramurals and Student Government Association, to provide a comprehensive student life program to the campus community.
